Youth on an exposure trip exploring new environments

Beyond the Classroom

Exposure

Trips

We take young people to places they've never been — colleges, companies, cultural institutions, and natural wonders — to expand what they believe is possible for their own lives.

Our Philosophy

Why Exposure Matters

Research shows that young people can only aspire to what they can imagine. Our Exposure Trips program breaks down barriers by putting youth in rooms, spaces, and environments they've never experienced — from Fortune 500 offices to national parks to university campuses.

Every trip is intentionally designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and connect young people to a world of possibilities beyond their immediate surroundings.
