Youth Mentoring
One-on-one. Life-changing.
Our flagship mentoring program pairs youth ages 10–18 with trained, background-checked adult mentors. Matches meet weekly for at least one year, building the kind of consistent relationship that research shows transforms outcomes.
Leadership Academy
Build your voice. Lead your community.
A 12-week intensive program for teens ages 14–18 focused on communication, civic engagement, and personal leadership. Participants complete a community impact project and present to local leaders.
Community Outreach
Connecting families to what they need.
We connect families to essential resources — from food and housing assistance to mental health referrals and after-school programs. Our outreach team meets families where they are.
College Prep
From high school to higher education.
Supporting juniors and seniors through every step of the college application process — from essay writing and financial aid to campus visits and decision-making.
Career Readiness
Ready for the real world.
Preparing young adults ages 16–24 for the workforce through resume building, interview prep, job shadowing, and connections to local employers committed to hiring youth.

We match you to a program and, where applicable, a mentor. The match process typically takes 2–4 weeks.
